How to Keep Your Tummy Flat During Bikini Season

So here are my favorite tips and tricks for keeping my tummy looking flat while I’m in my swimsuit this summer!

Just kidding.
You didn’t really think I was about to give you that kind of advice, did you?

If you’re new here, welcome. Around here, we eat well to feel good, to enjoy life, and to support our health in a way that’s actually sustainable. The goal is not a flat stomach. The goal is not to meet some filtered, airbrushed ideal crafted on social media. The goal is real food, real bodies, and real joy.

Let’s be honest, your body is going to bloat. Your stomach is going to look different before and after a meal. That doesn’t make you less worthy of wearing a bikini or enjoying your summer. It just makes you human.

This summer, I want you to be the person who feels good in their body, not because it’s “perfect,” but because it’s yours. Be the one who eats the burger, lounges in the sun, and shows other people that it’s totally normal to have a full belly after eating lunch on the beach.

You’re not alone if this season brings up some body image stuff. I’ve been there. I used to think I had to eat less to “look the part” in a swimsuit. I’d constantly pull at my clothes, skip meals, and obsess over how I looked instead of actually enjoying the moment.

But not this year.

This year, we’re doing it differently. We’re choosing to nourish ourselves, body, mind, and spirit. We’re choosing movement that feels good, food that satisfies, and clothes that fit our bodies (not the other way around).

We’re choosing freedom over fear and presence over perfection.

So no, this isn’t your typical “how to get summer-ready” post.
Because you’re already ready.

Bloat, curves, softness, fullness—bring it all. Let’s show up, unapologetically whole.
