How does it actually work?

After your purchase, the custom meal plan will come with an elaborate questionnaire to understand your food preferences & past.

Based on your purchase, you will then receive a PDF guide with a 14- or 30-day meal plan (focused on whole foods) for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks. All meals are explained in the (free) recipe guided that I’ve included. Together with a grocery list to simplify your shopping!

For the personalized meal plan, the recipe guide & grocery list is all custom created and included.

Also, as a little extra, I’ve included my supplement guide (weather based).

I don’t have time, will it work for me?

Yes, this is 100% your jam. I know the struggle and made the recipe guide for a busy lifestyle. It includes batch-recipes, and time estimates, with the longest recipe being a 45 min oven-bake (you can just set a time and do something else).

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Every recipe is customizable and can be tailored to your preferences. Remember, this is a guide, not a rulebook 🙂

I’m not a very good cook, can I make these recipes?

Yes! These whole-food recipes are made for all different skill levels and easy-to-follow instructions. Some even require no cooking at all!

Is it vegetarian?

The recipes will be primarily meat-based, as I have experimented with all kinds of diets and feel best when including meat. You can make alterations on the recipes to meet your preferences and body’s needs.

Do these recipes show calories?

No – although calories and macros are important to understand, the point is to learn about your body and what it needs to feel good.

Do I have unlimited time to the meal plan?

Yes, it’s yours to keep! You can do it as many times as you want, or come back for new seasonal recipe guides 🙂

It is a meal plan with a lot of suggestions and alternatives which allows you to still be able to enjoy all the foods you love, never have to feel hungry and feel good in your own skin.
